Well Rounded Activity for a Less Rounded Me - Week 2
Week 2 of Weight Watchers and Life Time Fitness/Team Weight Loss. Three days of Team Weight Loss which is about 75 minutes of powered up treadmill time, one day of weight training, and a .4 lb weight loss to be at 236.8 lbs. I'll take it. I feel better, my butt and legs are feeling worked. My chest and back are a little tweaked from yesterday's weight training. I look forward to doing this twice a week for now. Twice a day or more walks with a frisky pup is excellent.
