I know it's been forever since posting any kind of weight loss here...I've been posting daily on Facebook on my activity, whether I get the activity or not. It's keeping me honest and keeping my bum (and the rest of me) motivated.
I am now down 16 pounds, down to 228.6 from 244.6 and it feels good. I have a long 'weigh' to go, but it feels do-able.
