The above pics are during the hail storm last week. It ripped the heckfire out of our landscaping and new veggie garden, so nothing really looked very happy. I don't mind the rain, just don't dig the hail much....it's raining as I type this so the healing begins.
Aurian: Amazingly, everything survived. Leaf litter all over and the plants look raggedy, but nothing died, thankfully. I have bare spots from plants that didn't make it through the winter, so I get to dig in the dirt soon. I love my garden. DH put buckets over the pepper plants and towels over the tomato cages, so they survived nicely.

O what a great pictures, but what a terrible thing for a young garden! Tell me, did your plants survive, or do you need to replant some?
